- Tuition Fees: The scholar will receive €10,000 per year toward tuition fees.
- Traveling/Relocation: A maximum of €1,000 for your traveling and visa expenses. This will depend on the scholar’s country of origin.

The following criteria must be met by all applicants:
Eligible Candidates:
- Scholars admitted to a Paris-Saclay University Master’s program delivered by one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UEVE, UPSaclay, UVSQ. Of all these students, only those who are one of the following will be eligible to apply for the scholarship:
- All newly arrived international students not above the age of 30 during the selection year.
- You can apply if you are a foreign student living on French soil for less than a year, previously or currently enrolled in a training course or internship that does not lead to certification.
- Foreign students on French soil, taking language classes (type FFL) can apply.
- Any student who has lived in France in the past, within the framework of a mobility program during their studies (e.g. Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degrees, exchange program) that did not lead to certification is eligible.
Ineligible Candidates are:
- Past and present students of any French school. You must be admitted new.
- A school dropout for more than 3 consecutive years.
- Any candidate that receives other type of funding that exceeds 650€ per month.

NB: When you are admitted to a Master’s program it does not automatically entitle you to the scholarship. You must be selected and emailed by the panel. The selection of the scholars is based on the following:
- Applicants academic level.
- Candidate personal project.
- Ability to express your potential in your statement.

Application Steps for the International Master’s Scholarships

- Apply for master’s admission at Université Paris-Saclay via this page. You will find the necessary information you need as an international student here.
- As we said before, you will get the scholarship after you are admitted to the university. You must be selected by the selection panel.
- Selected candidates will automatically be sent a link by email to an online application form.
- Complete the online application form and provide the names and contact details of two referees who would be willing to submit a reference for you. It can be your lecturer, director of studies, professor, or internship coordinator.
